how do I delete the pal.db file
Thumbnails not appearing in Native Access. Fix recommending deleting pal.db file but I get the message "the action cannot be completed because the file is open in NTKDaemon" cant see anything open. How would I do this?

Just installed the new update and can confirm - this fix is not fixed: ADDED Legacy product versions filtering in the Library tab All these "legacy" libraries are right back in my face - just as they were in v3.20/v3.19 etc No amount of switching this new toggle on/off will make them go away. VP

It is not longer possible to delete .json files (and consequently not possible to uninstall plugins)
So, I'm attempting to uninstall some NI plugins following the 'How to Uninstall' instructions to the T (More on that later), but it seems to be genuinely impossible. I've noticed that the previews of the SKANNER XT presets aren't available in Komplete Kontrol v3.5.1. I keep noticing that some NI-VSTi lack previews. Could the "Previews v1.1.0" package solve this? Hi, Why Ozone 10 advanced appears as needing repair in my Native Access when I have uninstalled it long ago and go thru Ozone 11 advanced to Ozone 12 advanced now ? Ozone 11 advanced which I have uninstalled appears as needing install which is OK for me.

Why is Repair ALL installed products hiding in Support? I wasted hours.
Why hide the Repair ALL Products function under Support button, when individual repair button is right on the surface? I bet hundreds of people waste hundreds of hours and feel angry about having to repair each product separately when they move their library to an external drive, which is so extremely common these days.
