I am running a mac mini with the m4 chip and OS 15.5. After downloading and starting native access, the single page I see gives some standard info, like asking me to choose a language. Then it tells me to press the scroll button. But the scroll button doesn’t work so I can’t access the placewhere I can download my new purchase of Reaktor. Honestly, I’m not really sure f that’s where the scroll button is supposed to lead but that’s my guess.) Is there an alternative and simple way I can download what I paid for without having to spend an extra hour or more troubleshooting the very straightforward issue of getting what I paid for.

Hmm. This sounds a bit odd. What version of Native Access did you install?

Is it possible to post a screencap or two of what you are seeing?

I figured it out. Stupid me. the scroll button does not scroll. I even tried scrolling with my trackball. Finally, I tried scrolling inside the little legal window that showed no scroll bar, and then the miracle: it scrolled. Now I’m set up. NI, you got to fix that thing.

I also notice that Native Access shows several instruments and plugins for me to download. But there’s no prices attached to any of them. I don’t quite trust computer sales pages as I once did, so I think I better ask: The fact that Native Access makes it so easy to download stuff, butwhat I see is just a small select list of all the many Native Instruments packages. Does that mean that those things are mine for free? For example, I didn’t ever see Kontakt 6 on the NI products page, but there is at the top of the list of my NA page. And I have a license for Kontakt, but haven’t upgraxded for ten years or more.

In a base install of Native Access - there are a collection of free stuff (Komplete Start) for anyone to use. Any Kontakt listed there will be the Player version - install and enjoy.

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

You should be able to see any serials/products connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page as long as you are logged into the same account in both N.A. and internet browser. Mind you though that the bundles only shows by their bundle names on the account page and only by the name of the products that the bundle consists of (rather than bundle name) in Native Access.

Other than that then if you look at the 'Library' tab in your Native Access and have not clicked anywhere else then what shows in your library as ready to download ought not incur any extra expenses for you to use. As mentioned by VocalPoint then Komplete Start is also free to add to your account in it's newest version also even if you have an old version. Kontakt Player will only allow you to use licensed Kontakt libraries where as if you have Kontakt as a full version then you can use all sorts of free third party Kontakt libraries.

SonusCore have seven free items for Kontakt , but six of them require full version of Kontakt. (of the free libraries then only "The Orchestra Elements" works with the Player version of Kontakt)(Also then only those that only says 0,00 is free the rest is trial versions)

Fracture Sounds : Blueprint Collection , 18 free Kontakt instruments that works with the free Kontakt Player. To get the 'Blueprint series instruments then you are required to subscribe to a newsletter to get the link to be able to buy the instruments at zero cost (no CC required) Every individual instrument in the collection require it's own key to redeem in Native Access and is a download of it's own.
