FM8 and Massive won't install through native access

Hello, I've been having an issue with both FM8 and (original) Massive where I'll click "install" in native access. It will appear like they're downloading and installing, but as soon as it finishes installing, the button lights up again as if they were never installed in the first place, and I'm not able to locate them in my DAW.

This has not been the case for any other plugins, Massive X works fine when installed through native access. I notice that there is no folder created for either FM8 or Massive, despite looking in the default location set by native access itself, and I've never changed this to another location.

Any pointers? Thank you!

    Would need to know what OS you are using.

    And especially what version of Native Access - it should be v3.18.0 for any measure of success.
