Need downloading help

I’m confused on how to download new instruments I recently bought. I use a MacBook Pro and Logic Pro X. I’m willing to pay for phone help for someone using Logic and NI to walk me step by step on how to download and activate these instruments. Communicating with NI’s Chat (AI?) was not very helpful. (Warning: I am not technically savvy)

For what it is worth then you are supposed to use latest version of Native Access for your OS , in which you log into your N.I. account.

Check out this intro video : How to use everything in KOMPLETE KONTROL software | Native Instruments (installation is mentioned 1 minute 40 seconds into the video) (clicking the install all button in my opinion often is not such a good idea , better to install one or a few items at a time.)

And to make the software work in connection with Mac then there are some guide lines that needs to be followed :

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off (applies to download problems only) : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I.apps must be added to the Local Network
