Can't Solve Native Access "Download Failed" Issue. Upgraded to Komplete 15 and Kontakt 8

-Issue- I keep on getting the "Download Failed" in Native Access when trying to download Kontakt 8, Komplete 15 and the vsts.

Note- it should be noted that my laptop got wiped about a month ago, which must have affected Native Access as it was stored locally on my laptop.

Prior to it getting wiped and still to this day, I store all the Komplete content on my SSD. The Komplete content that was on the SSD prior to my laptop getting wiped (ie vst libraries like Cloud Supply) is still there.

Today, I upgraded my Komplete to 15, which gave me new libraries and Kontakt 8. I wanted to install these new updates via Native Access and noticed that it wasn't just the new stuff I got (ie Kontakt 8, new libraries) that had the "install" button next to them but also the vsts that I've had prior to getting the upgrades today (ie Cloud Supply).

I tried clicking install on all of them (new stuff I got today and stuff I've gotten a while ago) in my Native Access and received download failed for every single one. I even tried clicking install on the upgraded stuff separately as well as the stuff I've had prior to this day. Still getting the "download failed" issue.

The folders of the names of the upgraded stuff I got today, which are getting the "download failed" message, do get created in my SSD, however. They are just empty. For example, I try to install "40s Very Own - Drums" from Native Access, I received the "download failed" message but a folder with the name "40s Very Own - Drums Library" got created in my "NI Content" folder on my SSD but again, nothing in it.

Lastly, as for the stuff I've already had prior to today's upgrade and that are on my SSD, they do have files in their folders. For example, see screenshot of Cloud Supply Library folder from my SSD.

-Computer Specs- 2021 M1 Pro running on Sonoma 14.6.1

-Native Access Version- Native Access 2. 3.14. It's for m1 as the filename of the installer is Native-Access_2_Mac_M1

- Location of where my NI content is located (the library of the vsts)- SSD that has over 1 TB space on it (attached SSD info). So storage isn't an issue as to why downloads are failing.

-Troubleshooting Steps taken-

  • I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Native Access app and restarted my computer. Did not help.
  • Ensured that Native Access appears in the Full Disk Access list. Did not help. Note- A Native Access help article suggests also having NTKDaemon listed in the Full Disk Access list but my laptop wouldn't allow me to add it to the list. The NTK folder was grayed out (see attached screenshot) when I tried. I deleted the NTK folder in hopes that after uninstalling Native Access and reinstalling it again, the NTK would install again and I'd have the ability to add it to the Full Disk Access list. I don't see NTK on my laptop at all after I've installed Native Access again.
