Fix for major crashing on Mac M3 Max in NTKDaemon
tried to update and download the latest Native iNstruments Player 8 but crashing for any installs. Deleted most of the native instruments support apps, etc. Re-install, restart, same issues.

We have an older license of Komplete 11. We recently installed Kontakt Player 7 and it seems to have broken my Kontakt 5 licensing, which now runs in demo mode. I tried removing Kontakt Player 7 to no avail. Is there a way to refresh / sync the license activations with NI?

Libraries on both my internal drive and external drive
I've had Kontakt for a long time and, at some point, I ended up with libraries on both drives. I know it's stupid but now I want to set it straight. I'm running a Mac m2 Max Studio with OS 14.6.1. I just upgraded to Komplete Ultimate 15. Here are a couple of screenshots to show you the problem.

When I checked before pre-ordering the Standard version, I noted that Alicia's Electric Keys was included. Now, it says it isn't. It was, in fact, the only thing I checked as that made the cost of the upgrade a no-brainer for me. Anyone else notice this?
