Hey fellow music lovers,
I’m feeling pretty frustrated and need some help. About 8 hours ago, I purchased KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD. The payment was processed instantly, but I haven’t received any confirmation email yet.
When I check my orders, the status shows “Under review.” Since then, I can’t access any of the Komplete 15 Standard content through my account page or Native Access.
I’m a new customer and this is my first purchase with Native Instruments. I’ve tried reaching out to support but haven’t had any luck so far. Does anyone know why an order would be “under review” for this long? I have a tight deadline and really need to start using the software.
Has anyone else experienced this?
