Komplete 14 Transfer license Issues

I purchased a transfer license. The previous owner upgraded from KSelect to Komplete 13 Ultimate, the second upgraded from K13 Ultimate to K14 Collectors Edition. Both upgrad in one Transfer ID.I purchased Komplete 15 Select - Band, and I tried using IMPORT PRODUCTS/LICENSES TO YOUR ACCOUNT. It shows "The update/upgrade could not be activated because your User Account does not contain the appropriate base product.
My question are:
1.How can I got KSelect 13?
2. Can technical support give me a free KSelect 13 on top of the Komplete 15 Select I already have?
3.Can technical support directly activate Komplete 14 Collectors Edition to my account, if I give technical support the Transfer ID?

This is something where you'll need to contact support directly rather than through the user forum. You can start here https://bit.ly/n1acc and log into your account at the bottom of the page. Once you've logged in go via the chatbot at the bottom right of the page and eventually you should be connected to a live support person.

    I'm in the same situation.

I purchased a Maschine Mk3 and Komplete Kontrol S61 Mk2, then upgrades to Komplete Ultimate 13, and again to Collector's Edition.

Since nobody can buy Komplete Select 13, I cannot transfer my upgrades to anyone (which also means I can no longer sell them).

And even ******, now I'm trying to sell one of my keyboards, and it looks like I have to sell it with no software.

This greatly devalues it in the ****** way for me.

If you used that K13 Select license in any way as a "upgrade" ramp to work your way up to K13 ULT/K13CE - you cannot sell it anyway.

That Select license is merged right into wherever you finally landed (assuming K13 CE).

The only way to sell any "upgrade" licenses - is to sell/transfer all products that are associated with them.

    It was K13 Select → K13 ULT → K13CE.

It's fine if I can transfer all three combined (K13 Select + ULT + CE), but it didn't seem like that was the case (and support has not responded to me for the last few weeks about that).

This is the case - as I understand it - but I am not directly associated with NI.

If you are fine with selling K13CE - everything else that got you there must go with it.

Just be sure that this is what you want to do - as this will remove all traces of Komplete from your world - unless you have some other standalone licenses to fall back on.

Hopefully you hear back from NI soon.

I was very lucky to get a free non-transferable K13 Select by contacting the online technician, after I purchased a non-transferable Komplete 15 Select - Band. The first technician I contacted was not very helpful. "We can not remove your Kompelte Select Band or exchange it for something else." This is the original words of the technician. When you open a request, they will bind a technician to that request. If that person cannot complete your needs, you need to open a new request. I solved this problem through the second contact. "Komplete 15 Select is not an eligible product, since it came out after. I have made an exception and added a license for Komplete 13 Select to your account, so you can now import the Transfer ID." This is the original words of the second technician. The second technician's solution was to add a Plugin Alliance Bundle for KOMPLETE COLLECTORS EDITION (Third party products) to my account, and it bind a KOMPLETE 13 SELECT for HW at the same time.

I hope my experience can help people in the future.

You Komplete Select 13 should be bind the keyboards hardware. When the new owner register your keyboards, you will lose you Komplete Select 13. You will still keep you two upgrade licenses, you just can't use your K13CE because you lack K13C. You can sell you 2 upgrade licenses without physical hardware,It's just more troublesome for buyers.

Can’t sell upgrade licenses that were used to purchase another upgrade to a higher level.

Like trying to sell a K13 ULT license that is used to upgrade to K13CE.

If you sell CE - ULT will go with it.

Well, I don't know the exact rules. In my case, the seller also had a K13C with piano hardware, and I only purchased 2 upgrade licenses.

Sounds right - those 2 probably went together as one.

Or they were upgrade licenses that were unrelated to an upgrade sequence. That is totally possible.
