Spent $2k on Komplete 88 Key + Ultimate Bundle, Ready to Use Today

Hey fellow music lovers,

I’m feeling pretty frustrated and need some advice. About 8 hours ago, I purchased KOMPLETE 15 Ultimate, and while the payment was processed instantly, I still haven’t received a confirmation email.

When I check my orders, the status says “Under review.” Because of this, I can’t access any of the Komplete 15 Ultimate content through my account or Native Access.

Initially, I just wanted to buy one guitar pack to use, but I thought, Why not fully invest in an ecosystem? This ended up being the biggest music purchase of my life—over $2k for the 88-key keyboard and software. I was so excited to get started, but this experience has been incredibly frustrating and has me second-guessing my decision. I'm very nervous after reading about the myriad of issues with this company.

In my 5 years of making music, I’ve never had to wait like this to access downloads. Is this typical for Native Instruments, or am I missing something? After reading other posts about similar issues, I’m starting to consider a chargeback.

Any help, advice, or insight would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

    There’s simply one key take-away or learning: read the customer reviews beforehand and take “the myriad of issues” into account.
