Is there a contact email I can use to speak to a real person?

I’ve been trying to resolve an issue with my Komplete product being wrongly locked and removed from my account after a complicated refund and repayment process.

I’ve been sitting in queues for the live support chat system for over a week; I’ve spoken to a total of two operatives and neither of then stayed long enough for me to actually explain the situation before making a vague assumption of my circumstances and closing the conversation, forcing me to queue again.

Apparently I’m supposed to be getting email correspondence but I’ve check all over my email account and I’m not getting anything, not even junk.


Does anyone have a direct email that I can use to actually communicate with someone instead of sitting with the tab indefinitely open in the hopes that someone will get to me before the page refreshes itself and resets my position?

    @Pappers04 Sorry to hear about the bad experience. We had a lot of technical issues in the chat last week, our sincere apologies. I see that now you're in contact wirth one of our agents and he's taking care of your issue. We got rid of that position on the queue, since it was not working correctly. Now you should get this message:

    We’re experiencing high demand, and we know your time is valuable. To ensure you receive the best support, we’ll follow up with you via email shortly. You can now close this chat window and monitor your inbox for our response. Thank you for your understanding!

    So this means that someone will get back, you will not get an immediate confirmation but an agent will get back to you at a later time. Again sorry, we're trying to improve the experience.
