Komplete Audio 6 (very old model)

Hi everyone,

Recently dug out my old Komplete Audio 6 and trying to see if there's still life in it. Upon attempting to register my serial number, I noticed it was 10 characters short (15 instead of 25).

Is there any way to get around this issue?

    Sounds like a support ticket issue. And bring a grip of patience with ya…. Maschine 3 SW just dropped, a new controller not too far before that so, it appears support is swamped with tickets currently.

    However, in my experience, ALL issues I'ver had (software/hardware) got addressed, albeit, not always as promptly as I'd have liked.
