I bought Komplete 15 and I no longer have my voucher. I''ve spent 2 hours trying to get through the
I need to get my voucher re-sent. I can't believe that I've spent 2 hours trying to get through support pages just to be able to send a message to support. Actually, I can believe it, because this is the same thing I've been through for the last 25 years any time I have a problem with an NI product - there is no way to send a message to support. The only times I've had success is when I go to the forum. How can NI continue to provide no support? I get the message "just click on the link at the bottom of every support page" but I do that and nothing happens. All I get is a bunch of predefined answers to other problems.
This is not new, it's been this way for years. Can anyone give me a path to be able to submit a support request that will get a response?
Now here we go again, I entered this support request, and I can't click on aything that will submit it.

You can go here https://bit.ly/n1acc which is the start of support. Click the "Log into my account" button at the bottom and you should get an AI chatbot on the bottom right of the page.

In case of you need further guidance : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care. With respect to the chat bot in general then select did not help when it didn't,that ought to bring you on to either chat with a human or open a ticket.
