  • Rig Kontrol 3 MIDI lives again on Apple Silicon (M-chips)! 🚀

Did you think your Rig Kontrol 3 was destined to be an oversized paperweight on modern Macs? What you're seeing is a custom app, already in beta, running flawlessly on an M2 Mac. I've managed to bypass the old dead-end drivers and completely unlock the RK3. It's now running natively in 64-bit on Apple Silicon, transformed…

  • How to get Ghost "Square Hammer" guitar tone in Guitar Rig 7?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to recreate the guitar tone for the song "Square Hammer" by Ghost using Guitar Rig 7. I know the original tone is based on a vintage hard rock crunch (like a Marshall Plexi/JCM800 or Orange), rather than high-gain modern distortion. I've tried experimenting with the Jump/Hot Plex amps, adding a…

  • The new User Library is here

The new User Library is here This isn’t just a facelift. It’s a brand-new era for user-generated content at Native Instruments! Time and again, the depth of knowledge and creativity within our community blew us away. The best proof of this has always been the legendary Reaktor User Library, built by you with top-quality…

  • Is it just me or are many of NI's "new" icons not only hideous, but also in squircle jail?

Just noticed that many (but not all) NI icons don't follow macOS's latest icon standards and so are pushed into squircle jail. Maschine, Absynth no. Native Access, guitar rig yes. Not only did they foist these horrible things on us they didn't even keep the effing things up to date. Must be worth running an instance of…

  • Guitar Rig Plugins for Guitar Rig users: Give the people what they paid for

With all the great improvements that came along the latest update of Maschine+ I also had to find out that the Guitar Rig Effects TAPE, KOLOR and PSYCHDELAY are only integrated for owners of the standalone Plugins and not for owners of Guitar Rig 7. I'm usually not the kind of person ranting in forums, but this - as it is…

  • How to Guitar rig 7 & Ableton live 12 ?

Using Ableton live 12, Guitar rig 7 loads just fine but there is no change to my guitar tone at all. When I go to Settings, there is no Sound option, only Midi so I can't even set or change preferences.

  • Guitar Rig 7 only shows 60 presets

At my wits end with this, used their useless AI chatbot to open a ticket, no response. Guitar Rig 7 shows only 60 presets. Have rescanned library, made sure nothing is selected, deleted database, everything. Rack preset folder shows over 1000 presets, but only 60 show up in my plugin. Reinstalled multiple times. Any advice?

  • Applications and Instruments stuck in demo mode after purchasing Komplete 26 Standard

So I just bought Komplete 26 Standard from the Native Instruments website as an upgrade to my Komplete Select Band. Finally got everything working, but opted to get the standard bundle.. Now some of the new apps/softwares/instruments/effects... are frozen in demo mode. I already had a couple of the products from purchasing…

  • GR7 works as standalone / GR7 does not work in Logic Pro — what to do?

Aloha from O'ahu, GR7 works beautifully as a standalone on my Mac Pro 2019 (with new hard drive in 2024) running macOS Tahoe 26.5.1. Flawless. In Logic Pro, despite endless Googling and experimenting, I cannot get any signal through GR7. In my LP audio track I get signal from my guitar and I can hear my direct-input signal…

  • Where's 6?

What happened to being able to download Guitar Rig 6??? I got a new computer and it doesn't show up in Native Access… just Guitar Rig 7. The reason I like 6 over 7 is only because it has hundreds more effects. It has all you need and 7 doesn't even have a pitch shifter. It really stinks… It is just such a worse product so…
