Komplete kontrol load issue

Hello,

I've got some troubles when i load komplete kontrol.

I did a rescan, I uninstalled then reinstalled komplete kontrol.

I opened standalone komplete kontrol to make an autoscan.

Have you got some ideas for me?

    Hello @LostInFoundation , @Kymeia and @Jeremy_NI !

    after a few days of formatting and reinstalling OS, everything works perfectly.

    It was long but may be necessary.

    Thank you again for your help.

    I'm running Ableton Live 11, do i still need to open my komplte kontrol on an instrument rack or not?

    So…if I understand correctly the video…you click on Noire and it opens FM8?

    Does this happen also with other instruments?

    First of all thx for your response.

    Yes, when I click on any instrument, it opens FM8.

    So I uninstalled FM8 and it does the same thing with another instrument.

    Have you tried to do a “manual” rescan inside the preferences/library instead of the “auto” it does when opening standalone? Probably nothing changes, but…you know…

    i don't see the "auto" tab.

    No…the auto was referring to the auto scan KK makes when you open it.

    For the rescan you have to go to Library inside the preferences

    When i do an autoscan, it doesn't end completely.

    it blocks for example here on JUP-8 V4 from Arturia.

    It don't finish the process.

    I was looking a little bit around to find a solution for you (your strange problem intrigued me) and I must say you could have a prime here…record for “first time such an issue arises”. I can’t find anything even similar to what I’ve seen in your video.

    Probably this Won’t make you happy at all, but at least you can say “hey, I’m THAT guy” 😉
