    Instead of clicking on the little corner icon in the thumbnail for Noire, see what happens if you click on the full thumbnail and then open the banks dropdown and select one patch so you know you have a Noire patch. From the video it looks like you are selecting the instrument but then inadvertently selecting a FM8 patch because the list being loaded underneath is not Noire patches, the first few eg Pris are FM8 patches

    Yes…I thought about it…but it should work also with the “corner”. But try it…Kymeia is a very good helper 😉

    In any case, there is a problem: the “corner” opens FM8 before he pick a patch…why should it?

    I tried it, and the “corner” in my KK opens the instruments I selected (and it’s presets in the lower part of the browser). I hope since Odaiba KK is acting “differently” that it works anyway for him

    i uninstalled FM8.

    Now i try with hybrid Key, and same issue.

    I wouldn’t it’s not going to fix it - I think this is more to do with what’s installed, locations and permissions

    I updated all product on native access.

    I updated all my products on arturia software center.

    In the video you’re still clicking on a patch for a different instrument (Vocoder) but not the one you want to load. For Noire at least I can see you have some patches - can you open up the drop-down banks menu and click on a patch from there?

    Also have you enabled full disk access for Komplete Kontrol, where are your Kontakt libraries installed, and finally can you open them OK in Kontakt standalone?

    it's actually a random patch that opens.

    No i can't open up the drop down bank.
