unable to start free trial for 360 Essentials

After filling the payment screen with my credit card information and accepting the terms, I click Continue, but nothing happens. The javascript console of the Chrome browser I am using reports an error. I am logged it via Google. Trying the chat to report the error I get into an endless loop of questions.

Is there a workaround to this issue? A different way to subscribe to 360 Essentials?
