Can't install most of the libraries in Native Access

Hi! Basically I'm having this seemingly popular problem.

When I try to download any products I've got in Native Access, the download's stuck like this:

67 / 67 MB - Less than a minute remaining

Then after a long wait it says "Download failed".

I contacted the support 18 days ago and still can't resolve the problem.

The support provided me the link to download the manual installers, which doesn't work.

Would appreciate any help of using my newly bought Komplete 15 Standard.

For the first time in my life I can't use a bought product for such a long time.

    I'm having the same problem and no one is taking this issue seriously, It's been 2 weeks since I begun using the software and trying to download Komplete 15 Standard. I can't even use the products which I paid for. This is absolutely bad business, I think I need a refund.

    @FreimannMusic I see that you commented several times you found a workaround for this issue. Using a VPN set to Germany helped you resolve the issue.

    We are investigating this at the moment. @MichaelHowellMusic Can you try and let us know the result?

    @Jeremy_NI Miserably, this too has not resolved the issue with Native Access's bug error… Just as it was about to finish downloading, It said "Download Failed" and went back to 73GB out of 75GB, and now is permanently stuck. I've tried with and without vpn… something is really wrong with your system.

    Is it possible to download large files like Choir - Omnia and Cinematic Studio Strings without Native Access. A colleagues from Native Instruments support team (

    gave me download link page where I can download it onto my SSD Drive without Native Access (https://www.native-instruments.com/en/account/downloads/b254d393-d130-4ad9-9da1-83b66e12e9db/?name=Choir%20-%20Omnia), however,

    @Jeremy_NI However, NI has not to even updated Choir Omnia on their online web download manager. I don't want to download the outdated version and then Native Access requiring to update via it bugged system. That would be not ideal. Can NI update all their files on their online web download page? This will be a temporarily fixed, alternative to Native Access.

    Where - exactly are you attempting to download your content to with Native Access?

    Be aware that if a download is listed as 27GB - you will need 3x the advertised space to actually install it.

    These failures you are describing - especially right at the end of a download - are most odd.

    Almost like another issue is at play here like space or file write permissions.

    Curious to see what kind of space you actually have and where you are both downloading to AND installing to.

    I'm downloading and installing my content to my dedicated SSD External 2TB Drive, which is filling up quickly (now 600GB). Downloading with Native Access is slowly working, but large files, 40GB and over seem to always fail in downloading, I have to download large files from NI online download manager page - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/account/downloads/

    Download location - SSD Drive - Sound Libraries - Native Instruments - Temp Download

    Content Location - SSD Drive - Sound Libraries - Native Instruments

    I've done all the troubleshooting procedures still not managing to download large files on Native Access.

    Troubleshooting Record:

    Turned off my private relay.
    Formatted my external SSD drive correctly. Deleted Native Access and reinstalled it (the intel version, for my 2018 macbook pro)
    Given full disk access to all Native softwares, Including Native Access.

    Use a VPN to connect to a server in Berlin, Germany.

    @MichaelHowellMusic Ok, it ws worth a shot I guess. Yes, not all products are available on this space, this is why it's not completely public yet.

    Here is the installer for the latest version of Choir Omnia, it's in the format of a zipped library, it means that you will need to download the zip, unzip it and put it with your other libraries and then locate it with Native Access: Choir Omnia 1.2.1

    @Jeremy_NI Thanks for the Choir download file. After almost 3 weeks, I have finally downloaded all of Komplete Standard 15 and Choir Omnia. Next will be Cinematic Studio Strings, I'm hoping this sound library will be more straightforward to download with Native Access.
