I can't find what I've purchased in my native access

Disco & Funk Leap Expansion
Solid Dynamics
Solid EQ
I can't find these four plugins/kontakt library in my native access app even though they are included in the komplete 15 select bundle, according to the description on the official website.

What OS are you running and what version of Native Access is installed?

Please do not post pictures that shows personal information (I have edited your picture).
As indirectly suggested by VocalPoint then be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Else then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
Then also reboot computer.

Thanks for your reply. The thing is I use Win 11,but I really can't use the latest version of Native Access( I've tried numerous methods to solve this problem but failed) , so I just use Native Access 1(The old version still works well). Maybe that's why I can't receive the prodoucts😑However today I just found that Solid Dynamics and Solid EQ have been added to my Native Access(I didn't do anything). So I guess I need to wait and see whether the other two will appear😅

V1 of Native Access is retired. It will never give you your full suite of products properly. With Windows 11 - the latest version of NA is the one to use.
If your specific machine is not accepting Native Access v3.18.0 - there is other issues in play here that need to be addressed - ideally via NI Support.

I use Windows 11 myself and generally latest N.A. runs just fine and so does it do for most other Windows 11 users. So as already suggested by VocalPoint then you should seek support for this ASAP.
