Izotope login and account access not working

    Like several of the above, I reset the Izotope password to the same NI password and the Product Portal software let me log in. Silly, but there it is.

    Unable to access my software. Password reset appears to work, but it refuses to accept my login info. I am about done, thinking this was a waste of money. I cant even get signed in.

    Be sure that you use the correct password for the correct account. Prior then N.I. have used a look like N.I. log.in at the izotope site while you need to use the izotope log-in and password- Also then if you cached a password in the browser then the browser will use your N.I. password at the iZotope site so again then be sure that you are using the correct email and password for the sites even if log-in looks the same (fill in manually at the iZotope site , do not use cached browser password) .

    Then to make it all even more confusing then at the moment then N.I. have started to merge the logins so that once after you have actively selected to go through with the merge when asked then the login credentials to use will only be N.I. in the future , though that you at the moment still will have to login at the iZotope site for what you have there and you still use the iZotope Product Portal.

    Anyway , as long as you use separate logins for the N.I. and iZotope sites then to seek support for log-in problems then seek support for N.I. log-in problems at N.I. Account Support and for log-in problems with the iZotope site then seek support at the iZotope Purchase & account support

    cant log in to your site… cant log in to Izotope… all this tecnology and we cant get a simple log in to work… been messing with this ninsense for over 2 hours…

    I have not been able to connect to their website for many months now, occasionally i check izotope products but then i'm reminded that if i can't connect neither to izotope website or their portal app, not buying :D
    "This (unify account) feature is in beta" yeah no schmidt it is.
    None of the proposed solutions ever worked for me.

    I'm having the same problems downloading products I purchased from izotope years ago. I believe I had updated my email info with them last year. I was using a yahoo or a google email when I purchased over $200 worth of izotope products. I tried to log on to izotope as far back as Oct. 2024 to no avail. Since I have so many passwords, I started saving them to text files in different catagories. What could go wrong? The saved password I typed in last year was reportedly invalid. So I deleted it from my text files. Like last October, I typed in my email address and am still waiting for a password link. Didn't receive one last year and didn't get one today.

    Luckily I can still log into native instruments. Maybe I will be able to activate and download Izotope tonal balance 2. Meanwhile I won't be able to download or update my other izotope products. I do remember two other possible email accounts I may have used for my izotope purchases. Doesn't make since to list those on the sign in page since I no longer use those email accounts. From my experience. Yahoo and google mail will force you to click on an email link to each other to verify yourself, unless you surf on the same device in the same location daily. So I've been long done with both of them. Lucky for me I deleted everything I cared about from my yahoo account before it showed up listed on the dark web.

    Please contact N.I. Support (all) , they can help you both get access to your present accounts as well as also get old accounts merged into the present.
