Maschine MK3 - nothing is working

I need help to start this on a new computer nothing works. The Maschine is useless the browser does not work. I'm sure it is simple but at the moment I can't use anything and you don't help!!!!!!!!!!

How to activate Maschine MK3

At the moment nothing is working

I have udated my computer and machine does not appear in native access. Been here for days

NOt sure what to do

Really really really frustrated and pissed

    @frizzz I believe my colleagues already replied to you:

    Please note that you have a Maschine of the third generation, Model MK3, when you purchased this third generation controller it was still delivered with Maschine 2 Software. Maschine 3 software is a payable full version update that has just been released recently. As you own Maschine 2 software, you qualify for the update price of Maschine 3.

    I have been sitting here for hours wishing that I could do something to help you, it's probably a simple problem but all the information that you give me is totally useless , I can't do anything with no information and you don't help !!!

    I will roll the dice of luck and hopefully it will be something as simple as you accidentally hit the F4 button on your computer keyboard and hide the browser! ☺️

    @frizzz ,

    You could start by telling what is your computer type ? , what is your exact OS version ? , what is your Native Access version ? , is your Maschine MK3 new or secondhand ?

    Then outline what you have done to get things to work and what exactly is your present problems ?

    E.g. then try following these guides as much as it suits your versions :

    Native Instruments Software Activation Instructions , How to Install and Set Up a Maschine MK3

    Then report back and tells us where it went wrong and what is the exact problem.

    Mac Book Pro M1 Max Ventura 13.7.1

    64GB Ram 2TB

    Native Access Version 3.16.0

    Maschine MK3 I have was first registered by me and is on Native Instruments page

    1. Go to my profile and can't get Maschine Software onto my computer.

    2. Don't know how to email you (please don't tell it is easy) just show me how

    3. You said "do not post duplicate discussions on same topic". My apology I did not realise I did this. I am very frustrated that I have had this Maschine and can't use it and are unable to get the information I need to get things working

    Not sure what the "Go to my profile" part means however then there has been more problems with users not getting their Maschine software after registration so you might as well contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support to get clarified what the problem is.

    There is no email address for support , you must use the support interface , that is the only means of support contact for end-users.

    Please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support , In case that you need guidance contacting support then please read the help pages : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

    Also then in case of log in problems then Quote Jeremy_NI : If you followed these steps but you have issues logging in to your account, then you should have found a dedicated type form, that I will post here, just in case of you missed it: : Account Login & Password Support! , This has been tested and checked on various browsers and works for all our customers that get in touch every day.

    I would luv to do what you ask and you keep telling me to read more instruction which i spend hour over periods of days reading and pressing buttons in and endless circle of instructions that go nowhere.

    You saying not sure what "go to my profile means" could be cleaned up instantly if I could talk to someone of have some sort on communication that does not take days to respond

    Have a massage to say that I have a ticket and will get and email shortly to say that I have a ticket.

    NO EMAIL YET 20 minutes

    I guess it more waiting (hours) day ( over night) days

    I don't understand? I have a Maschine 3 (sa couple of years Old) that I purchased and I was the first person to register the serial with my account.  Why do I not get access to maschine 3 software and central?? Update from maschine 2 because that was allocated to a maschine3 controller and licience??? l

    I've been trying to use Maschine and Komplete Control Keyboard for years. Spent 100 of hours on this. Each time I think I will get it right this time. The support over email just is unacceptable. Late and long winded and does not solve the issues.

    I give up and will sell Navtive Instuments gear never to return I advise others to do the same. Soooo much trouble to get little result

    Things like

    There is no Factory reset on Maschine Mk3

    How to find midi preference tab?????????

    Instabily of maschine and Komplete Control and never understanding why sometimes it works and other times simply does not!!!!!

    So frustrating not to be able to get the right support and end up feeling sooo stupid. I don't think I am stupid just unable to find the right support.

    I used the support process and it took 5 days for them to get back to me and another five days to work out how to frame the question so they could understand what I wanted . He then justified the five now ten days because they have a couple of staff and they where at a promotional conference and could not respond.

    Promotion priority over support

    Before you give up entirely lets see if we can help!

    There's no factory reset on the MK3 because it's basically a dumb controller. What makes you think you need to reset it?

    The MIDI preference tab in Maschine is in the Preferences dialog (Command+, when you're running the Maschine software), third tab down on the left.

    What problems are you having with Maschine and Komplete Kontrol? Is the problem with the Komplete Kontrol plugin or the keyboard itself ?

    I really wonder if he ever bother to read the manuals…

    If he did and after so many months (December 2024, original post) he's still in zero, then lets face it.
    Music production is not for everyone….
