Maschine MK3 - nothing is working
I need help to start this on a new computer nothing works. The Maschine is useless the browser does not work. I'm sure it is simple but at the moment I can't use anything and you don't help!!!!!!!!!!

At the moment nothing is working
I have udated my computer and machine does not appear in native access. Been here for days
NOt sure what to do

@frizzz I believe my colleagues already replied to you:
Please note that you have a Maschine of the third generation, Model MK3, when you purchased this third generation controller it was still delivered with Maschine 2 Software. Maschine 3 software is a payable full version update that has just been released recently. As you own Maschine 2 software, you qualify for the update price of Maschine 3.

I have been sitting here for hours wishing that I could do something to help you, it's probably a simple problem but all the information that you give me is totally useless , I can't do anything with no information and you don't help !!!

I will roll the dice of luck and hopefully it will be something as simple as you accidentally hit the F4 button on your computer keyboard and hide the browser! ☺️

You could start by telling what is your computer type ? , what is your exact OS version ? , what is your Native Access version ? , is your Maschine MK3 new or secondhand ?
Then outline what you have done to get things to work and what exactly is your present problems ?
E.g. then try following these guides as much as it suits your versions :
Native Instruments Software Activation Instructions , How to Install and Set Up a Maschine MK3
Then report back and tells us where it went wrong and what is the exact problem.

Maschine MK3 I have was first registered by me and is on Native Instruments page

Not sure what the "Go to my profile" part means however then there has been more problems with users not getting their Maschine software after registration so you might as well contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support to get clarified what the problem is.

There is no email address for support , you must use the support interface , that is the only means of support contact for end-users.

Also then in case of log in problems then Quote Jeremy_NI : If you followed these steps but you have issues logging in to your account, then you should have found a dedicated type form, that I will post here, just in case of you missed it: : Account Login & Password Support! , This has been tested and checked on various browsers and works for all our customers that get in touch every day.

I would luv to do what you ask and you keep telling me to read more instruction which i spend hour over periods of days reading and pressing buttons in and endless circle of instructions that go nowhere.

Have a massage to say that I have a ticket and will get and email shortly to say that I have a ticket.

I don't understand? I have a Maschine 3 (sa couple of years Old) that I purchased and I was the first person to register the serial with my account. Why do I not get access to maschine 3 software and central?? Update from maschine 2 because that was allocated to a maschine3 controller and licience??? l
