Native Access "Download failed"?

    Hey Everyone. I'm on Mac OS Sonoma and NI Access keeps saying "Download failed" I've tried everything that they've suggested on their support page but no luck. Noire won't update and I've recently purchased a few new libraries that won't let me download them through NI access. If anybody has solved this lemme know . thanks in advance

    Native Access keeps saying "Download Failed." I have all the correct installation pathways set, but it still says "Download Failed." Is there a clear answer to solve this?

    Same. I'm running Native Access 3.16.0 on MacOS Sonoma 14.7.2 and trying to update Drum Lab from 1.2.0 to 1.2.1. Keep getting "Download Failed" even after doing the Private Relay route.

    Haven't tried my Win 11 yet don't want to because my Win 10 … man o man, NOTHING DOWNLOADS OR REPAIRS. Or UPDATES!! over a week, maybe 2 now. Glad it aint me

    Can I dwnld what I already own from website w/o this Access app? All I see are how to buy. It would be nice to have a WORKAROUND like that. Yes, I see the Access app for free, but that's it, even after logging in? ( And my products pg, which states the only way to get it again is w/ an app that has completely failed) Having an OLDER Versions page for the installer would be most helpful. Im going to uninstall N A 2 and try to the first NA. Think I have it in another folder somewhere. I'll tell you if that works..

    We should've been told this NA 2 was a BETA program

    Nope, All the previous NA does is try to grab the latest update from website. I have hundreds of dollars of instruments that are lost. Is this a professional software? Do they offer any gig insurance?

    Same issue here Mac 14.7.4 Native Access 3.17. All downloads failing with no explanation, have tried all the "remedies". Cmon NI fix this!!! Previous NA worked fine so bug is in latest release.

    Same issue on macOS Sonoma 14.5. The guidance at https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005878409-Native-Access-Error-Message-Download-Failed-Unknown-error is not helpful. Does anyone at NI monitor threads like this? Is this actually being worked on? I’m trying to download content I paid for, it’s not like this stuff is free.

    and then include all relevant information including computer type , OS version , N.A. version
