6 weeks in and still no fix for this…

I'm having to spend money out of pocket to rent some 2000NXS so I don't loose my residency on my main club..

Keep getting the "we are understaffed" justification.

M4s have been around for almost a year. CDJ3000 have been around for 5 years... How is a Pro DJ software like Traktor still not compatible with these systems?

I'm literally loosing money on this bug…

Customer support always closes tickets once it’s registered in their internal bug system, since they don’t know when the Traktor devs will fix it, they don’t want to keep tickets open indefinitely.

Only thing you can do is remember the bug ID they gave you and keep asking them when it will be fixed.

not a specific answer but I do see other dj software issues popping up with M4s and CDJ3000’s. Did you try and reach out to Pioneer (or alpha teta) about their experiences with the cdj3000 and M4s?

my hunch says it’s most probably a combination of M4 hardware, macOS, and cdj3000 drivers. Hopefully an OS update or pioneer firmware update can fix it for you.

Maybe in the meantime try to use your old MacBook without stems?

If a problem isn't fixed, the ticket shouldnt be closed. Its like that in every other type of company (and i've worked with a few), why should native be any different?

Hi there, thanks for the input.

I've contacted Pioneer right when tihs first happened, and they had zero reports of any other DJ software.

Do you have any link to any reported problem with an M4 and 3000 of this type? I've googled it a lot and never found any to this specific problem.

Also: its very likely to be a Native Instruments problem because the symptoms are the exact same when with my 2014 macbook air I would try to use an old version of Traktor 3 previous to the CDJ3000 support update. So this is most likely on their end.

The facts are: where in 2025 when Native Instruments is already struggling to maintain relevancy in DJ world, and at this time you can't use club standard gear to play with Traktor. CDJ3000 is a 5 year old technology. M4s have came out half a year… and still Native hasn't even thought to connect those 2, to see if it works…

I literally have to rent gear to bring to 2 clubs I have residency on, because i can't use their standard gear.

    This is completely unacceptable.

What did Pioneer say when you opened a ticket with them?

Something in the line of: he've changed nothing on our hardware, and responsability on HID bug is on the software companies. also, they say users with VDJ, RB or Serato have zero problems reported.
