whoever approved this rebrand should seek a career far, far away from visual design. that font alone... it's borderline criminal. it looks like a bunch of glyphs from a good font were thrown in a bag, pushed down several flights of stairs, stomped on violently, and finally reassembled with sticky tape by an intern.

Hi @Friedemann_NI,

Thank you for the status update. We are eagerly waiting for these functions to arrive. I do understand the reasons for a private beta test.

However I would recommend to also do a public beta round. Mainly cause the immense amount of different configurations and we all want the new version to be as stable as possible on as many configurations as possible.

Keep up the good work and please try to keep us informed. Even in the case there is not much to share, we appreciate any short information you might have.

back ontopic, it's great to see that there's still some movement. but there's so, so much to fix that I really need to see that freaking beta. there's two other betas in my inbox, I can only commit a realistically useful amount of unpaid time to one of these. hint hint.

Well, here it looks like they aren't meant to be quotation marks. So what are they? The code doesn't reveal anything as the overlaid text is made up of SVG paths.

this entire rebrand probably cost more than the annual salary of several skilled devs who could've help advance product roadmaps across divisions... but there's already a whole 20-something page thread ripping apart the new brand identity, so no reason to do another one here. the '''''pro''''' just jumped out at me.

This was ALWAYS going to happen.

The majors didn't have stems baked into the existing licencing agreements.

DJs thought they were going to get stems on the fly on not have to pay for the privilege.

I think the majority of Traktor users are not even here on the forum as they don't need all the features Traktor provides. If they need features other software has and Traktor not, they're long gone and not complaining here. Why should they?

Those users who complain here are just a small part of the real userbase. I have said it before in another topic. If you think the grass is greener on the other side, just go (and don't look back).

NI has no obligation to us to further develop the software and may also announce that it will cease development at any time. This is often not seen or even forgotten.

Just wait a few more years and all your subscriptions will blow up in your face!

Of course, this doesn't just apply to music, but it's particularly important there.

when no argument is left, then people like you come with this... "just go" (and mostly combined with the "gras greener"-slogan 👎️ ) - hope it has helped you in your life, for me it doesn´t help in the actual situation here. If you can´t really discuss, then don´t choose me the next time ;)
