Issues: Native access stuck on registering

Hi, I have a Brand New Maschine plus stuck in registration mode. Hardware reads "Registration Failed!"
Web link reads: "Please Try Again, the serial number is not valid" I put in a request (4186813) today 1/5/24
Hoping to hear something soon as this is the second time in less than two weeks, I've had to contact NI support. The first time it was stuck in "Upgrade mode"
How is this justifiable, after purchasing a professional grade, music product, from a supposedly reputable company?
