Help with Komplete Kontrol M32 serial number

Hi everybody! I have a huge problem... I bought a Komplete Kontrol M32 on Marketplace but the serial number is all scrathed and the previous owner doesn´t have the box nor the card with the number in it so I´m desperate to use it with ableton and get full advantege of the keyboard functions.. please help me.

Did The previous owner register the M32, if so, they should have done a proper license transfer which would include the serial number and if you tried to register it without an LT, registration would fail. If it was never registered you can try contacting support to see if they can assist. I will include some helpful links…
