Maschine Software won't show up after Hardware registration

    My Maschine MK3 is a giant paper weight. I don't see the 2 or 3 software I am supposed to see in NI to be able to use this thing to make music.

    My ticket is 4483551

    Please help because it appears like you really dropped the ball on many of your customers and this is not the way to treat individual human beings.

    If you've put a ticket in (when did you?) then you just need to wait. It's the weekend.

    Also… NI didn't "drop the ball".

    Do keep in mind that most people don't come onto forums to praise stuff they enjoy but rather to share any issues they may have in order to find a solution. You don't get to see the hundreds of customers who never had any issues with their registration process.

    Don't get me wrong, I most certainly understand the frustration. But lashing out like that gets you no where and is IMO also kinda disrespectful. No need for any of that.
