Traktor Pro 3 license does not appear in Native access after registering Kontrol S2 MK3

I have bought a Kontrol S2 MK3 on the Thomman store. I then registered the HW license in Native Access, but nothing appears in the library, and the refresh button is greyed out. I even tried regiestering Komplete Start, but still nothing shows up in Native Access.

Is there a way to force Native Access to reset the library so that my TP3 license appears? I have tried to completely reinstall NA multiple time, and i still have the same issue.

For instance, when i go into the library, even after registering a serial, i just see a message that says : "Oops... looks like nothing comes up for" with some weird characters looking like quotation marks [""] behind.

Does anyone knows if this can be solved, i can try on another computer, but it'll be very annoying if Native Access is broken on my main machine. (Also, the old Native access still works fine with a Traktor 2 license i have on another account.)

I tried on another machine and it works perfectly. So it's pretty clear NA is broken on my main rig, now, why that is i dont really know.

Try the standard fix by resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Apparently it can also gives issues if behind a firewalls server with ssl decryption !
