[Duplicate Discussion !] How do i get a lisence transfer to myself?

My situation is a unique one and i think it would be best if i can talk to a real person at native instruments about it. This might be my best chance.

My father gifted me his traktor s4 mk1 and also the installation disc which comes with "traktor pro s4 software". for various reasons (mostly because of the age of the mixer) the mixer only seems to work with the pro s4 software. Right now it's on the demo version. I have the serial number to register it, but when i put in the serial in native access, it says it's already been registered (by my father of course)

Look...my dad is old now. I've asked him and he does not remember how he registered it. if he even has a NI account, i doubt he even remembers which email he used. and the computer he registered it on is lost.

is there any way i can do some type of license transfer or something...anything. I literally have the serial number.

any help is appreciated, thank you

Only N.I. Purchase and Account Support can help you with that one , send them all info including picture of serial on bottom of unit !
