Native access constantly failing to download everything.

Hi all,

I've just bought a new Macbook pro M3 Pro because my old MacBook Pro 2013 is broken. It was running native access 3.7

I've downloaded Native Access 3.8.1 and nothing will download. All I'm getting is Download failed. I'm not a massive tech head so am I missing something obvious. Please help, its very frustrating.

Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

Native Access Error Message: Download Failed: "Unknown error"

Native Access Error Message: "Installation Failed" (Mac)
