YOU ARE A GENIUS!!
Turning off Private Relay worked. I had to also restart NTKDaemon after turning it off.

Thanks everyone for your help. I finally managed to find a solution on my own after nothing else worked, it was rather easy actually. I downloaded an earlier version of Native Access (1.14.1) and everything worked fine, I was able to download all my new products as well as download my updates...

Sorry to hear that this is the case... We'll force update in the near future. Ideally we investigate what might be causing your troubles so we can address this issue in a future build!

However all of this is scattered in different areas of our ecosystem. So our future goals for the banner are:
- Repurposing it to operate as an announcements section, where we share cool stuff that's going on (including community events, product insights, sales/deals/offers, launches, various content, releases, etc.)
- Make it a more natural part of the experience and make it feel less like an "ad".
- Make the delivery of this information meaningful yet exciting, and potentially personalized.
If you "really" want to make this "banner" worthwhile:
- Consider moving the entire launch capability into the section header - perhaps a new button/label somewhere in the upper right (Above the Install All button) labelled (What's New, What's Hot) or the same on the lower left - right above Go to Shop. But do NOT fill that left bar with anything.
- If you made it a button (above Go To Shop) - this button could maintain "UI design" consistency with the Updates button and display small numbers (to the right) indicating to the user that "4" new bits of something interesting are now available to check out. Let's be honest - we all love "seeing" those little numeric indicators pop up telling us something is "new"- this would be a natural draw to check it out.
- This new "section" could have its own big playground (that can occupy just as much space as our product listings where NI can get into all that good stuff (events, insights etc) in its own dedicated space without attempting to jam it into a 2-inch side panel.
- Finally - I believe bulk of the crowd (even me) is probably cool with getting meaningful info like community events, product insights, sales/deals/offers, launches, various content, releases etc. I also believe the bulk of us (especially me) do not want to see ANY of this stuff jammed into an ugly side panel at launch and we really do not need to see it - until we choose to see it (AKA I click What's Hot when I feel like seeing What's Hot).

Well said, VocalPoint.

Putting everything in the top bar takes up vertical space. If you do that you see less of the products that you launch NA to see. From a UI point of view the left side is a lot better as putting the occasional ad in there doesn't change the layout of the rest of the window.

@Hayo_NI I submitted a ticket as I got my brand new Apple M3 Max and no matter what I do I can't download any software in Native Access. I don't get any errors just failed download. I am so bumped right now. I hope we can get this fixed soon. Is there anything I can try any things that are not in the support doc's.

Same problem here: 'Download failed' error with v3.8.0 on MacBook Pro M1 with Sonoma.
Looking at the 'daemon.log' it says:
[error] [2023-09-13 21:07:55] "0x16bd1b000":RequiresActivationChecker.cpp:83 Found activated product without activation serial: 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000, other serials: <serial-number>
Please do your best to fix this issue asap, thank you.

Sorry I copy the wrong line from the log!
This is the right one:

I can confirm that after disabling 'Private relay' it works!
1) Shut down 'NTK daemon' from activity monitor
2) Disable 'Private Relay'
3) Relaunch Native Access 3.8
4) Download works!

Thank you this worked!

Thank you for the update. It took half an eon to install, but it seemed to go okay. I'm researching the product upgrades now for Hardware Connection Service, Kontakt 7, and Maschine 2...BEFORE I update them.
Trust. (but verify)
