Can't submit a ticket for support
I'm looking at upgrading my Komplete package and the upgrade path is only selecting a much older version.
I've been through the auto support several times and it just takes me back to the start without giving me the option to raise a ticket.
Tried 2 browsers, same thing.

It appears for the Webshop/Order Support, you have to use the Chat feature during available hours 1pm-4pm PST (USA) or 1pm-4pm CET (Europe)...you will need to do the math based on your Time zone!

Everything except a link to submit a trouble ticket. Seems Native Instruments has a problem answering people's questions. Customer satisfaction is not a criteria.

I'd refer to the trouble ticket page, but it disappears before I can cut and paste the link. Clearly NI isn't interested in answering the myriad of questions it gets, because that costs money.
The links on the so called "How to get in touch with our Customer Care" are simply html images that are not links. What a joke that is. My level of frustration has been exceeded and I won't be buying any more NI products. Absolutely awful customer service.
