I recently switched to a new PC and had bought 40s very own keys on my old PC, and it is not appearing in my Library or Products. I have uninstalled it from the old device and it is still not appearing. If anybody knows the solution please let me know. much appreciated, CMC

Download speed is too slow. I have checked the related documents and turn off the FileVault thing. I don't have any firewall, vpn and antivirus software. I've tried downloading at different times lot but still slow. It only takes me few minutes to download spitfire plugin. any solutions?

force Native Access to install from hard drive?
Komplete 11. Kontakt 5. No plans to upgrade. Foolishly clicked upgrade on The Giant. Now I have a version that requires Kontakt 7. Tried un / re install but same result. I am trying to register an external Kontakt instrument in Native Access, but I am getting an error.
I recently purchased Shreddage Drums Kontakt instrument, installed it with Pulse Downloader, and tried to register it with Native Access as Add Library, but I keep getting an "unable to retrieve owned products" error. How can I fix this?
