Purchases Not Showing Up In Native Access

I purchased Kontakt Instruments a few days ago. Although I received confirmation from something called "Link," nothing has shown up in Native Access. Thank you for your attention on this.

I received confirmation from something called "Link,"
Normally then either product has been automatically added to your account , check you MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , or you should have had a serial sent in an email. Please check the account page an re-read the emails and also please check the email spam-folder.
Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS
If you have a not registered serial then add it in the Add Serial function in N.A. and reboot your computer.
If the serial is registered to your account but does not show in Native Access the check if the product is compatible with your OS (products that are not compatible with your OS will not show in Native Access)(what is your exact OS version and what is the exact product ?)
Else then you can try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Thank you! No serial numbers yet. The instruments are listed as "Pending" on the Order History page.
They will probably show up today.

Ah yes , The "Pending" on the Order History page is the problem here.
Problem might fix it self within a few hours or a day or two , but if not then please contact N.I. Support (all) and have them help fix the problem.

Still nothing. I hope they are not shipping! I've dowloaded many times from NI over the years. Turnaround is very quick usually. Thanks.

I'm hoping that someone from NI sees this! My purchases are still "In Progress." I've issued a support ticket, wrote emails. The only person who got back to me was from a company called "Link," that confirmed that the money was collected. Not to be confusing but that answer came from a company called "Stripe." Through "Mint.' ?

Writing emails are no use unless they are sent as a response to a support ticket that you have opened.
If you followed my advice and opened a ticket then you should have received an email confirmation (check also the email spam folder).
Otherwise then N.I. support do not work weekends of holidays , and there is a sale going on so it might tak some days into next week to even get a ticket response. N.I. will help you so there is no need to worry.
