Download error when downloading certain libraries
Can't download 7 specific libraries due to download failure of the 346 libraries. I get an disk permission access error, but that's not the problem. It can install and download other libraries. Is this a system bug/issue? How can this be solved?

Cannot login with Native Access - web login ok
Any ideas? Tried contacting support. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling as suggested. Tried changing password. Even tried deleting NI stuff from local and roaming appdata. Are the older Native Access downloads still available somewhere?

Plugin Downloads instantly fail

Add product in NA
There are 4 Pianos in my NA with the mention "Add Product". They all have version 0.0.0 and no release notes. What does this mean? Are these free addition, is it an error, will I have to pay if I click on Add Product?
