My NI password does not work on NA

I have a new Mac M4. I am trying to get Kontakt installed, but my NI password does not work on Native Access. The chat line does not help.

    I figured out it was asking for my computer password, which for some reason stopped working. Fortunately, I was able to grab someone from IT to help me get that straightened out, and everything is fixed. Thanks for your feedback.

    First test - use that Username and Password to see if it opens your actual NI Account online (via web browser).

    If it works and you get in - that is a valid combo. If not - your creds are faulty or you simply forgot one or the other (or both)

    The identical combo is used in NA.
