The problem that you describe usually is on Mac computers where people confuse the N.A. log-in with the Mac security pop-up, but from what I can see then you are on Windows.

You can try first uninstall both Native Access and the NTKDaemon

then run the NI reg tool and remove anything Native Access and NTKDaemon ,

then use Windows Explorer to search your system drive for all instances of 'Native Access' and 'NTKDaemon' and delete it all .

Then restart computer ,

then download latest version of Native Access for your OS

then reinstall Native Access as an Administrator .

What you download from above link ( latest version of Native Access for your OS ) is the latest version of Native Access (at present version 3.18.1). The download says N.A. 2 but that's just a name used since the name has not changed since it was really N.A. 2 , now the N.A. 2 is just a name and version number is 3.x.x. Yes , that is confusing , but that is how it is.
