I think it should be clearly stated when you're buying crossgrade to Komplete 14 that if you have for example playbox as a part of a bundle it's not possible to use it for crossgrade. In my opinion it's not clear enough while buying

I purchased the komplete signature series for fl studio
I unlocked it on fl studio 21 and nothing pulls up. It does not show up in Native access, and under product and, serials and downloads. its says komplete not registered. How do I connect all of this so I can pull all the native products I just purchased in fruityloops 21?

Kontakt 7 sound plays MIDI once but won't play again after stopping in my DAW, forcing a reload
Happens every single time. I press PLAY in my DAW and I hear the sound, but after I press STOP in my DAW I can no longer hear the sound. I can simply reload the sound but it really slows down workflow.
