A nice trick I enjoying using is sampling in instruments sounds directly from Komplete Kontrol software using my Kontrol key board to put in Mplus standalone mode.

This trick gives you a huge library of sounds and effects not available in standalone mode.

First run an (line in) input line from your M plus to your studio interface output line (this will allow you get sound in the Mplus from Komplete kontrol)

Next on you Mplus on the sampling page head to the second page, here you will choose IN L+R this will allow you receive audio to begin sampling

Finally head back to page one on the sampling page and for recording choose detect (this will allow you to set the section for how much audio you will receive)

Hit start sampling and you will be able to sample any sound from your Komplete Library

Also you can play your kontrol keyboard right there, allowing you to make great melodies and play with sounds.
