Current updates to Komplete 14 libraries

I currently trying to update Session Horn's Pro along with several other libraries that have updates. The Updated SHP library is 30.6 GB, I already have 29.58 GB of Session Horn's Pro downloaded and installed.

When I update using Native Access, instead of just downloading and updating 1GB, Native Access is re-downloading the WHOLE THING(30.6 GB).  Why???!?  Is that the way it's supposed to work? When updating with my other library developers, they just download and install the new stuff (they don't make me redownload everything)

I've been a NI user for 20 years now, I don't remember updating being so inefficient. My other libraries are not that way, which leads me to believe I'm doing something wrong or it's my Apple M2 chip (it's my first update with this new Mac)
To make matters worse, my studio is outside a metro area and my internet download speed is very slow and capped to a limited amount a month, and updating in this inefficient way is very, very difficult.

I've been back and forth with support, without an clear answer to this question. Does anyone have any insight, thoughts, or ideas?

Apple M2 Ultra, 128gb RAM

It shouldn't download the whole library again, no. Afaik, it's just a visual bug.

Nope; OP is right. If an update is not successful, even if it's only on the last 1 MB being downloaded, then the download phase will need to run all over again from the beginning. That has been my experience with Native Access.

Now if NA had completed an install and there is a follow-on update (like maybe a hotfix), then it will probably not need to re-download the original library package; the updater should only need those pieces/parts that make up the patch package.

As far as I know, there's no way to smack it into behaving correctly after a failed download/install attempt. Downloaders are SUPPOSED to be able to resume a failed download, and some do very well at this. But I don't think I've ever seen NA do it successfully. And I don't remember if the predecessor (Service Center) was any better; that was so long ago.

I just don't worry about it anymore ever since I got 1000 mbps internet service a year ago. Downloads are blindingly fast for me now, so occasionally having to do one over again is not a big deal for me.
