Komplete 13 License Transfer

Hi :)

I upgraded some time ago from Komplete 13 to Komplete 14 Ultimate. If I sell and license transfer Komplete 13 will I still be able to use Komplete 14 Ultimate?

Upgrades (and updates as well) always need a "qualifying base product" to work. In your case, it's Komplete 13. Selling your Komplete 13 would invalidate your Komplete 14 Ultimate.
