I own K26CE, is there anything I can use my voucher on
Just wondering if there's anything I can use my K26CE voucher on? Everything I find either is already in CE or is a 3rd party app. Not really bothered, just wondered what's actually available for me (I appreciate anything in the current sale is ruled out, and I might find I save more in the sale than the $25 voucher) It…

When can we expect a Komplete Select Orchestral and a Cinematic edition?
Hello, I’ve been subscribing to Komplete Standard since 2014, 2015, and now 2026. I’d like to upgrade to Ultimate, but I don’t think there’s a discount available for upgrading from Standard to Ultimate anymore, as there used to be at one point. Actually, what’s important to me about the Ultimate package is that it focuses…

Komplete 26 Ultimate, Relay and Lo-Fi Vibes
I've just installed the new libraries from Komplete 26 Ultimate. All is OK with a couple of exceptions Relay is showing the same warning message ("Installation failed: you may need to grant full disk access" etc.) that was there for quite a few library items at the tail end of '25 and the start of '26, NI sorted those out…

No refund received after returning Komplete Kontrol A61 (UPS delivery confirmed)
Hello, I am posting here because I have been unable to resolve my refund issue through customer support. I purchased a Komplete Kontrol A61 keyboard for €249. When I requested a return, I had to contact support many times because I mostly received automated and generic replies that did not help me obtain a return label.…

Komplete Audio 2 - audio pitch is ~1 semitone lower than it should be
Hi everyone, I'm experiencing a strange issue with my Native Instruments Komplete Audio 2 on Windows 11. At some point it started randomly, without any obvious trigger: all audio playback sounds approximately one semitone lower than it should be. The pattern I've identified: Problem occurs at 48000, 96000, and 192000 Hz.…

WARNING: NI is a scamming, spamming garbage company!
So I had a customer come into our work shop in quite the predicament. She had to rebuild her machine and she wanted to run Pro Tools 10 and Komplete 9.0 and that's where things get complicated. Pro Tools 10 only run on Windows 7 and Komplete 9.0 could run under windows 7 but the scumbags who sold it to her decided to…

Not worth to upgrade but spennt my mony to keep wheels turning
I wouldn't normally have any reason to upgrade to Komplete 26 except to support Native Instruments, which has run into financial difficulties. Honestly, their products have always been fair in terms of price and performance, and that's why I'm still supporting the company even after the takeover. What do you think?

Is Odes worth it?
Hello composers, I've been part of Native Instruments community for over 15 years, but this is my first post and I wish it could've been under different circumstances. I recently purchased Odes to complete my Evolution Series Library. The library was billed as the rhythm portion of this triad and while that is true, it's…

Feature Request: Select/Load Random Preset Button
It's nothing new: add a button on top or at the bottom of the preset selection tree which triggers the tree to select a random preset. It should be very easy from a programmatical viewpoint. Use your languages random function and tree.select on the range of 0 and tree.length. The advantage on doing it on the tree directly…

Setting up a home studio on a tight budget what actually matters?
Been getting more serious about producing at home lately and trying to figure out what actually makes a difference when you are working with limited space and a limited budget. Right now I am running Komplete Start with a basic audio interface and a pair of studio monitors but the room is doing me no favors. I converted a…

Good morning, I own the KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION Update from the KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTORS EDITION Upgrade for the KOMPLETE ULTIMATE. Can I downgrade to the KOMPLETE 26 Ultimate Update without losing the extra items from the KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION Update? Thanks. Kristian

Native Access Leap
Hello, this is no big deal, but I'm sure there are other people who find Leap unusable, or simply don't wanna create music that way. Could you put the Leap extensions under their own tag in Native Access? Thanks :)

Is Komplete going on sale during summer?
I've been hovering over the "buy" button for Komplete but I can't justify the price atm. I know it's unlikely since it was just added, but will NI do a summer sale involving Komplete? Online discussion about sales seems either outdated or unhelpful.

Is it available to align some of KK plugins' preset names in alphabetical order ?
Hello, InMusic and NI. If the preset names could be aligned in alphabetical order, it would be more efficient and easily accessible to use. Thank you in advance.

Fade
I have been emailing back and forth to get help on downloading "Fade" so far I've been getting the run around with no answers. Then I get a follow-up email asking; So is everything OK now? If you need more help give us a response! And they didn't help at all!
