KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION update, downgrade to KOMPLETE 26 update.

Good morning,

I own the KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION Update from the KOMPLETE 14 COLLECTORS EDITION Upgrade for the KOMPLETE ULTIMATE. Can I downgrade to the KOMPLETE 26 Ultimate Update without losing the extra items from the KOMPLETE 15 COLLECTORS EDITION Update?

Nothing that you have bought and keep having the licenses for on account is lost if you add something new to account.  You only loose things if you e.g. sell the software or in another way remove the software from account.

You real problem here is that bundle wise then there is no 'down-grade' function builtin into the Native Instruments bundle pricing policy.   I have seen some examples on people wanting to do this and I believe that the price that the system will offer a K15 CE owner such as yourself if wanting K26Ultimate is an upgrade price from something on your account or a full version price depending on how the NI Shop server sees your account.  You can check general prices on the compare page , and your own price on the 'buy now' in shop when logged in (you might see a 'your loyalty price' when logged in and being on the buy page).

Otherwise then only N.I. Support  can tell if you have any other option for achieving a 'down-grade' !

Also  please notice that when you contact NI support then you will receive an AI auto-response and it is important that you answer this response to let NI know that you still need their assistance. This is also valid in general , if you have a support ticket with NI then always respond to their emails as long as that you still need help , else the ticket will close.
