I updated to Komplete 14 Collector's Edition now Guitar Rig 5 says Demo version.
It's not loading any of my thousands of patches I need for my work. Nothing happens when I hit activate. It says the serial number is wrong. It says to run the service center. What happened to that.

I just got GR6 (what is supposed to be Pro), and I'm having problems importing presets. I have them set in the right place (users...), and I can find them when I go to import them, but they don't import. Additionally, there's only 52 presets that are there. Shouldn't there be more?
