I have downloaded native access and my products arent showing in it, they show on native instruments web page but not in native access. i have tried to add the serial number but it keeps showing that its registering and wont move from that page. anybody know anything about this?

Traktor crashes with Xone DB2
Traktor 2 crashes and I tried Traktor 3 and the same thing. I'm running windows 11 and just turning the mixer on I will get a crash in Traktor. With my RME as audio its fine.
