Hey, everybody. Some time ago I bought a traktor kontrol s4. It came with a license for traktor pro2. I had everything added to my account and on any pc I downloaded it safely. About 2017-2018 I threw the controller in the closet and never took it out again. Now I got it again, restored access to the account, but the key is not in the profile, I can not enter the serial number in native access. What do I do? The controller works, the barcode is still on it.

    It's probably still on your account. But if you are on mac os, Traktor Pro 2 will not show up because it's no longer supported.

    If you indeed are on mac os, you would need to upgrade to Traktor 3 or 4. Or downgrade to an older mac os.

    Traktor Pro 2 should still work on Windows.

    In the profile under “MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS” there is no serial number or activation key as there used to be in the profile. I downloaded the demo version of traktor 4, but could not put the drivers for traktor kontrol s4 on mac m2. On windows the old drivers fit. But the windows computer is stationary and I would like to put the drivers on my mac air.

    On a Mac you either need no drivers for S4 (Mk2 and Mk3) or there aren't any drivers available compatible with 64-bit Intel Macs or current Apple Silicon Macs with M chips. (S4 Mk1) If you have a Mk1 unit you are out of luck and it won't work with your MacBook. With Mk2 and Mk3 it works with onboard drivers because they are class compliant.
