The payment was declined, the money was debited, the order appeared and disappeared

Hello, i have issue with Komplete 14 standart purchase. When paying, I made a mistake in the postal code, after which this field was highlighted, but the money was debited. After that, an order appeared in the created status, but after a while it disappeared. Has anyone had such problems?
