Komplete kontrol load issue

The folder size for Analog Strings was right though so it does look like it's fully installed so I am wondering if it's just NA/Kontakt think it should be somewhere else

I lost some steps? Do we know the presets are not there?

Question: i know it's not Komplete kontrol issue, but KK use Kontakt 7 player for open Kontakt instrument?

Yes it should - but you can't load them in Kontakt Player 7 so that's the root of the problem.

Watch the videos - nothing is showing up in the preset panel when he clicks on each library. They appear to be installed though going by the folder size for Analog Strings at least. So this might be more to do with paths, as Full Folder access is also enabled so it's probably not permissions.

But when he clicks on the library, it even opens a wrong instrument (which it should not do, it should say the library is not available). This is the main point in my opinion

No it doesn't, not in Kontakt. Komplete Kontrol did this in first video because he used the corner arrow to load the instrument, which attempts to open a default patch for that instrument, which of course wasn't there so it substituted the first patch in the list which was a FM8 one. The second video, he clicked on a patch for the wrong instrument, it wasn't KK selecting it. But this is fundamentally a problem with why Kontakt is not showing those instrument presets in the first place.

Also Kontakt may well be saying the library isn't available - unfortunately so far we have not been able to get a screenshot of the library rack view to see if that is the case, or what the paths are setup for in Native Access.
