Is this path possible? Komplete Ultimate 13 to Komplete Standard 14

Hello,

I currently own Komplete 13 Ultimate through:

a) KOMPLETE 13 Upgrade for KSelect DL

b) KOMPLETE 13 ULTIMATE Upgrade for KOMPLETE 8-13 DL

I want to downgrade and update: the goal is to have Komplete 14 standard.

How can I do that?

I thought of selling the 13 Ultimate upgrade on KVR and then updating to 14 through the NI store, would that work?

    I did contact support and the answer is disappointing.

    I am going to argue that what I want to do is a zero sum game for NI so they should simply cancel the licence for my upgrade from Standard to Ultimate and create one for the update.

    I think it should be possible to sell K13U Upgrade from K and keep K13 Upgrade from KS. And later update to K14 using K14 Update.

    Easy to try. Ask for Licence Transfer for K13U Upgrade from K. If it will be possible, you may sell it and update to K14.
