    Ah, I found a different workaround that at least gets me unstuck on my existing projects: if I launch Logic Pro under Rosetta and find the underlying plugin+settings for the instrument, I can then convert the channel to use the real plugin instead of going through Komplete Kontrol, and then when I relaunch Logic Pro without Rosetta, the underlying plugin gets the Intel bridge.

    This is also less-than-ideal because it means I no longer have the Komplete Kontrol browser available, nor do I get the nice NKI integration with my S88 keyboard, but at least then I have a means of making my in-progress projects compatible while not losing all of my CPU performance.
